About Us
Trevor Rolph, a graduate of Seaford Senior High School, was born and raised in Seaford, Delaware. After his graduation in '95, he enlisted into the Coast Guard and spent 6 years serving. While stationed in Virginia, Trevor met his wife, whose dad owned an HVAC company. During leave and vacation time, Trevor would help his father-in-law in the business, and in his last year with the Coast Guard, he studied HVAC at Hodgson Technical School in Newark, Delaware. After an honorable discharge from the Coast Guard, Trevor returned to Seaford, continued his education in the adult division of Sussex Tech and worked at B. Walls and Sons, Inc.
In 2003, Trevor began working for Henderson Mechanical, Inc. out of Seaford, and in May of 2004 he graduated from Sussex Tech's HVAC program and received his Delaware State Journeyman's license. In September of 2005, Trevor opened Rolph HVAC, LLC and received his Delaware State HVAC Masters License in 2007, as well as his Maryland State HVAC Masters License in 2011.
Since opening his business, Trevor has attended numerous training classes as well as being factory trained at facilities such as York, American Standard and Goodman. Trevor is also a Certificated Comfort Expert "CCE" certified through York. Rolph HVAC believes in being part of the community and supports numerous local youth sports and activities. Family is an important part of how the journey to founding this company started; Trevor currently lives in Seaford, Delaware with his wife and three children.
